Our Process

Step 1 - Complimentary consultation

We believe that it's the most important part of understanding you as a traveler and to build your explorer profile.

Because each trip is unique, we want to get to know you by asking about your likes and dislikes to create a custom plan for you. And as the years changes so might your interests, too, so this will always be a tailored work in progress.

Step 2 - Retainer agreement

We'll review and sign the retainer agreement and credit card authorization to begin checking availability and crafting your 1st itinerary proposal/quotation.

Step 3 - Deposit on arrangements

After your explorer profile is created the next step is to arrange deposit on arrangements for our collaboration on ideas and inspiration on where to adventure!

Step 4 - Review time

At this step of the process we'll review and purchase trip cancellation and medical protection insurance.

Step 5 - Final payment

With a final payment in place, we can start putting together all the information for destination spots, unforgettable sights, and fun activities for a true authentic experience.

Step 6 - Final document package

At this step you'll receive your final document package with a custom itinerary, vouchers, inside tips, and more!

This will be shipped approximately 3-weeks prior to departure.

Step 7 - By your side

After reviewing the package together I'll always be here by your side to answer any questions, and to take care of anything before, during, or after your trip should any issue arise.

This is the moment you've been waiting for, and GeoLuxe is excited to help you on your voyage!

Here at GeoLuxe Travel, Debora's unique approach centers around collaboration in order to create a customized and unforgettable vacation to treasure forever in your memories. Thus, we begin our qualitative consultation process with getting to know you better.

Society Islands - Bora Bora

Arriving in Bora Bora’s world famous lagoon of opalescent blues and greens, you will be greeted by majestic Mount Otemanu, the island’s highest peak.

In this picture-perfect island paradise, you will enjoy a day at the beach and another delicious picnic, on a private “motu” islet surrounded by crystalline waters.

You may also choose from a variety of excursions at an additional cost: circle island tour by boat or bus, helicopter flight, 4WD off-road tour and one of the most popular for the bravest: shark and ray feeding!

Bora Bora was a US military outpost during World War II and remnants from the war such as cannons and bunkers can be seen on the 4WD tour.  Evening departure for Papeete.
